СУЧАСНІ ПРОБЛЕМИ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ МЕТОДОЛОГІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЕКТАМИ У СФЕРІ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Abstract

The necessity of working out the strategy of Ukraine regions’ development is considered in the article which would promote increase of regions’ competitiveness. Such strategy should be based on the new project-oriented approach to the management system of the industrial policy in the region. It is defined that the absence of full, scientifically well-founded system of methods and tools of project management of regional development does not allow using projects’ potential of regional development with maximum efficiency. That’s why the objective of this research is the theoretical substantiation and working out practical recommendations concerning increase the efficiency of implementation and using the methodology of project management in the sphere of regional development in Ukraine.Results of this research are: the analysis of the valid condition of working out and realisation of target programs of social and economic development of separate regions has been carried out, which testifies that qualitative and quantitative results of performance of related activities, terms of their realisation, executors, volumes and financing sources, the realisation mechanism are not accurately determined, and also a coordination of these programs in concrete strategic directions in each specific case. These facts are at the reason of low efficiency of too many programs of economic and social development of regions in Ukraine.The application of the project-oriented approach to the government programs management is offered with the aim of improvement of results’ quality of the state target programs, level of satisfaction of stakeholders.
