Abstract

本文研究探索,从产品研究与开发开始,过去设计通常会专注生产技术发展问题;当前设计焦点,则应用创新理念,而衍生关键性多目标决策问题;则在产业产品和产业管理,需要做决策目标,且多处在多变的与不明的情况和不知时间之下;应用多目标决策制定之专业管理方法,帮助企业面对重要改革。针对研究目的,当对模糊不清的产品市场时,应用多目标决策制定出最佳决策方式,使产品设计决策模式和目标,有效解决所发生的困难。进而,产业界在产品开发时,拥有强化产业经营竞争能力,提高对全球化冲击面临的挑战,然而,了解创意产品开发和顾客消费满意度是企业增长的关键,让企业产品发展竞争力中,具有技术创新,成功完成精致的目标和创意设计,建立产品开发的趋势,为强化企业经营竞争力。 From product development management perspective, designs were usually focused on production technique development in past. However, the focus of current design has been shifted to innovation applica-tion to really catching and meeting changes of customers’ consumption in time. Producer multi-goals of deci-sion question, explores why some researches conclude that traditional product industries and multi-criteria decisions of business management approaches are changeable with unclear condition and time. This perspec-tive study also helps enterprise to face important reforms by using Fuzzy set with multi-attribute policy mak-ing research business management. The proposed research, from Fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making, plans to effectively solve the difficulties of the decision-making in products design patterns and goals. Recently, research of product development for enhancing industry business excellence is facing globalization challenge. Then, creative product development and customer consumption satisfaction are keys to the growth of an en-terprise. Hence, in the competition of product development, companies should apply product technological innovation, and successfully achieve the goals of delicate and creative design to enhance industry business. It’s important to know the trends in product development, observe customer demand, control innovation, and stimulate design ability. Lastly, it achieves product development goal of user satisfaction towards industry business excellence, in cases study.
