Abstract
The main tendency of increasing the electric supply reliability for the customers is building up the intellectual (active-adaptive) electrical grids (Smart Grid). For this the development of telecommunication infrastructure is necessary providing the data collection and transfer as well as the performing the devices’ control. From the point of view of the monitoring grids’ working regimen such physical values as current and voltage are the most important. Getting generalized currents and voltages of the three phase system in one digital three phase sensor presents the interest. The digital form of the outgoing signals simplifies data transfer in telecommunication system and the presentation of currents and voltages in a generalized form makes for the creation of the new algorithms of their treatment. Such algorithms stimulate the creation of new monitoring means and may lead to the development of new methods of revealing the electrical grid and the equipment failure. The electrical equipment and main facilities of the intellectual electrical grids in conformity with MEK 61850 Protocol must have digital interfaces Ethernet for the data reception and transfer, i.e. current and voltage sensors in the three phase form with the digital function. In Smart Grid concept realization the vector measurement synchronization and the sensors’ binding to their geographical position by means of GPS/GLONASS modules is necessary. Mathematical modeling of the data treatment process in the current and voltage sensor has been given in the article. The system under development of the current and voltage measurement, the data treatment and their transfer may be actuated in the automated systems of the technological process control of the enterprises’ electric power supply and automated information measuring systems of commercial and technical electric energy control and registration.
