Abstract
Compared with the countries of Western Europe and the United States, Russia has a very high proportion of catalytic reforming unit (54.1 %) and these processes of production of high-octane gasoline components, as alkylation and isomerization - very low. [1] Catalytic reforming of gasoline - the main component of commercial gasoline, which according to the specific production process inevitably high aromatic content, including the most toxic components - benzene. At this stage, the production of motor fuels is a constant tightening of requirements for the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in commodity gasoline. Therefore, to obtain components of motor fuels with improved environmental characteristics necessary to develop technological solutions to improve their production processes. To this end, a study was made of the hydrocracking process gasoline fractions on zeolite catalyst followed by obtaining isocomponent. Out experiments using two types of catalysts at different process conditions and matched the best technological parameters. Results of analyzes of raw materials and products. Background gasoline 85-180 ° C fraction used as feedstock for catalytic reforming is subjected to pre- separation into fractions 85-130 ° C and 130-180 ° C. Feedstock fraction hydrocracking process is 130-180 ° C. Because of the process is obtained isocomponent and fractions 85-130 ° C and 85-180 ° C, which are sent to a catalytic reformer. Because of compounding and platformate is obtained component of motor fuel with low aromatic content. According to the results of this work suggested a schematic diagram of the combined process.
