Abstract

Over the past decades, marked by a disturbing trend of declining youth health, physical fitness of students. This is not only with changes in the economy, the environment, working and living conditions of the population of Russia, but also with the underestimation of the society and improving the educational role of physical culture, which is reflected in the deficit harmonious development of personality. The system of physical education in higher education, new approaches to the organization of the educational process, which would have ensured the formation of students' interest in physical training, health promotion, as well as to maintain the social, mental, physical activities in an intensive learning process and adapt well to them. Students make up a particular social group, combined a certain age, the specific conditions of work and life. This is one of the largest populations with high-risk disease. Enrolling in college, young people are faced with a big emotional load, significant mental work, the need to adapt to the new conditions of learning, mode of the day, food, and a number of students and to the new living conditions and communicate with others. At the Department of Physical Education, Ufa State Oil Technical University conducted a study aimed at identifying health assessment and physical development of students. Developed a questionnaire to assess the socio-demographic and financial position of the students, the living conditions of their residence and the value factors of success in life. The basic directions of strengthening health of today's youth.
