Abstract
The monograph considers the main directions of formation, problems and prospects of development of the theory of economic security in Russia. The research uses methods of evolutionary and institutional theory using a historical approach, a system paradigm, and analytical assessment. Based on the application of these methods, the analysis of the history of the concept of economic security is carried out. A morphological analysis of the definitions of "economic security" is carried out and author's clarifications of this definition are made on its basis. The paper examines the concept, external and internal threats to the economic security of the enterprise. A theoretical analysis of the concept of "threat to economic security" is carried out, the features of Russian regions that affect the level of economic security are identified, and a list of the main threats to economic security is formed. In the conditions of economic crisis, unstable geopolitical situation and sanctions from foreign countries, economic security becomes one of the most important national priorities. Due to the federal state structure of Russia, regions play an important role in shaping the economic security of the state as a whole. In this regard, it is necessary to timely identify threats, as well as find ways to effectively counter the identified threats to the economic security of the region. The paper presents the theoretical foundations of research on the problems of ensuring financial security and financial sovereignty, their interrelation and interdependence in the context of globalization of relations in the world economy. The concept and threats to the country's economic security and international economic security are studied. The monograph is intended for managers and specialists of public administration and corporate management, researchers, postgraduates and students.
