Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between robot cafe experience economy factors, perceived value, and customer satisfaction, and to identify which robot cafe experience economy factors affect perceived value and customer satisfaction. After data coding, IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 was used to analyze frequency, reliability, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and IBM SPSS Amos Graphics 27.0 was used to analyze confirmatory factors for the measurement model and to verify the hypothesis of the research model. As a result of the study, it was found that among the factors of the experiential economy, entertainment experiences, aesthetic experiences, and breakaway experiences, excluding educational experiences, had a significant effect on perceived value. Second, among the experience economy factors, educational experiences, aesthetic experiences, and breakaway experiences, excluding entertainment experiences, were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Finally, perceived value was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
