Abstract

The article confirms the validity of the use of a professionally oriented approach in teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistic specialties, which provides for the formation of students' skills and skills of a foreign language professional and communicative ability to carry out speech activity in a foreign language. It is possible to achieve the effectiveness of the process of teaching a foreign language by creating certain conditions for activating the expediency of using active methods in teaching them professional knowledge and skills in a foreign language, which will significantly affect their scientific activities. The educational institution "Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov" has been teaching students of the II stage in Russian for many years according to the developed curricula. During the academic years, close cooperation is carried out with the People's Republic of China on the preparation of masters in various specialties. The Department of Theory of Methods of Physical Culture and Sports Medicine of the University actively participated in this process: curricula and programs were translated into English. The evaluation plan of the acquired and acquired knowledge of the program provides for the writing and defense of course and master's theses by students. Preparation and implementation as a particular example of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the People's Republic of China in the field of education, the training of Chinese students at Masherov VSU is presented.
