Abstract
У статті досліджено події, які передували анексії Криму і відбувались під час захоплення півострову Російською Федерацією у 2014 році. 
 Проаналізовано причини вторгнення російських військових в Україну. Наведено аргументи політиків стосовно того, що завадило організувати військовий опір з початку російської агресії. 
 Визначено наслідки анексії Криму. Окреслено перспективи подальших відносин України з Росією, виявлені загрози ескалації конфлікту.
