The mathematical model of this system consisting of the differential equationsin private derivatives of describing dynamics of viscous incompressible liquid and an elastic ridge shell together with boundaryconditions is constructed.Key words: hydroelasticity, viscous liquid, tube of ring section, geometrically irregular shell.
