التخطیط التشارکی کمدخل لتفعیل دور مراکز الشباب فی تنمیة المجتمعات الریفیة

Abstract

الملخص تناولت الدراسة إلقاء الضوء حول إسهامات التخطيط التشارکي لتفعيل دور مراکز الشباب في تنمية المجتمع الريفي، وهدفت إلى الاجابة على تساؤل أساسي وهو ما مدى إسهام التخطيط التشارکي لتفعيل دور مراکز الشباب في تنمية المجتمع الريفي؟. وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، وتم تطبيقها على أعضاء مجالس ادارات مراکز الشباب بمرکز أبوحمص بمحافظة البحيرة والعاملين بها، وتوصلت نتائجها إلى أن التخطيط التشارکي ينمي قدرات أعضاء مجالس الادارات، کما أنه يزيد فرص مشارکة المواطنين وأيضا العلاقات الاجتماعية للمواطنين. أيضا توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مجموعة من الصعوبات منها اعتقاد المواطنين بأن رأيهم غير مهم في العملية التخطيطية وتجاهل دعوة المواطنين لمناقشتهم في احتياجاتهم. الکلمات الرئيسية: التخطيط التشارکي – مراکز الشباب – المجتمعات الريفية. Abstract The study aimed answer the main question to what extent does participatory planning contribute activating the role of youth centers in developing the rural community?. This study is considered a descriptive study, was applied the members of the boards of directors of the youth centers in the Abu Homs center in Al-Buhaira governorate and their workers, and the results of the study concluded that participatory planning develops the capabilities of members of boards of directors, as well as increases opportunities for citizen participation and also the social relations for citizens. The study also found a set of difficulties, including citizens' belief that their opinion is not important in the planning process, and ignore the invitation of citizens discuss their needs.
