마리나에 대한 사회적 이슈 분석: 토픽모델링을 활용한 국내 언론 보도기사 분석을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구에서는 마리나 산업의 과거와 현재를 조망하고 이에 따른 마리나 산업의 발전방안을 제시하기 위해 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하였다. "마리나"를 키워드로 언론 보도기사를 추출했으며, 이를 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용해 TF분석, 워드 클라우드 분석, TF-IDF 분석, 토픽 모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, TF 분석을 통해 ‘사업’, ‘마리나’, ‘해양’ 등 상위 60개의 키워드를 제시하였고, 상위 키워드 500개를 기준으로 워드 클라우드 분석을 통해 시각화하였다. 둘째, TF-IDF 분석을 통해 시기별 마리나의 사회적인 트렌드를 알아보았다. 셋째, 토픽모델링 분석을 통해 ‘마리나 정책’, ‘관광’, ‘부동산 개발’, ‘마리나 투자유치’, ‘해양레저산업’, ‘복합 마리나 개발’, ‘호텔 및 위락시설’, ‘해외기업의 국내투자’로 명명한 8개의 토픽을 도출하였다. 넷째, 시기별 토픽모델링 분석을 통해 토픽들의 사회적 이슈와 변화를 분석하여 마리나 산업의 과거와 현재를 조망하였다. 이상의 결과를 기반으로 향후 마리나 산업의 발전을 위한 제언을 할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the past and present of the marina industry to suggest a development plan using text mining. Press articles were extracted with the keyword "marina", and TF analysis, word cloud analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and topic modeling analysis were performed using text mining techniques. The results of this study are as follows. First, the top 60 keywords such as "business", "marina", and "marine" were presented through TF analysis and it was visualized through word cloud analysis based on the top 500 keywords. Second, TF-IDF analysis confirmed the social trend of marina by period. Third, by topic modeling analysis, 8 topics were derived, "marina policy", "tourism", "real estate development", "marina investment attraction", "marine leisure industry", "complex marina development", "hotels and entertainment facilities", "domestic investment by foreign companies". Fourth, the past and present of the marina industry were examined by analyzing the social issues and changes of topics through topic modeling analysis by period. Based on the results, it was possible to make suggestions for the development of the marina industry in the future.
