도시 재생 뉴딜 사업의 입체 외부공간 조성을 위한 사례연구 : 부산 지역 중심시가지형 사업을 중심으로

Abstract

Purpose: This study is to suggest the proper planning direction for the three-dimensional exterior space of the urban renewal New Deal project central city type by examining the various exterior space factors based on the physical environment element and the three-dimensional space. Method: The method of this study is to analysis, the physical environment and three-dimensional space characteristics and factors of the urban renewal New Deal project-focused exterior space based on the type of analysis. The subjects of this study are collected to four cases of Japanese composite use development among the completed foreign cases from 2002 to now. Result: It was analyzed that the consideration of three-dimensional exterior space is very insufficient through analyzing foreign cases. So the active research and planning of three-dimensional space and the consideration of various building elements in the exterior space are needed.
