Abstract

Fodder production is part of the crop of the industry and the need for the establishment of a solid food base of the livestock sector. In the conditions of formation of the integrated farms of great practical value is the theoretical substantiation of development of systems of fodder production for objective economic evaluation of the current status, identifying priority directions of the branch and forecasting the prospects of development of the agro-industrial complex. System of feed integrated formations entirely consists of the process of creation of fodder base and organization of production at the enterprise. A fodder base expresses fodder capacity or resource, which has the enterprise for feeding and receiving of livestock products. The process of production should be based on organizational structure and management structure of fodder production, as an independent branch of industry, with the consideration of the modernization of production and application of innovations. The process of production is inseparably connected with the rational organization of the system, which is based on feasibility and order of all elements of proportionality factors of production. From this analysis also shows that the integrated structures in the agroindustrial complex of the Russian Federation will become the decisive factor of its rapidly-sustainable development only by the wide use of these forms of management in all the regions with favourable conditions for agriculture. The priorities in agriculture should be given to livestock as a branch, providing in-depth processing of crop production of raw materials, production of which is to receive the normal food for the population of the country.
