Abstract

Background Currently, the share of hardly recoverable reserves in the overall structure of hydrocarbon reserves of Bashkortostan increases. Development of these oil reserves will allow to maintain the level of hydrocarbon production for a long time. The fifth part of the residual, hardly recoverable hydrocarbon reserves of Bashkortostan are in the carbonate reservoirs. Productive deposits containing oil have a complex geological structure. Acid treatment of the carbonate reservoirs can improve the efficiency of development of these deposits. However, many deposits are developed with insufficiently effective system of water flooding, which leads to reservoir pressure lowering in the bottom-hole zone of producing wells. Standard hydrochloric acid treatment of producing wells in these conditions is often ineffective. In this regard, studies have been conducted with the purpose to increase the effectiveness of stimulation methods during development of deposits with carbonate reservoirs, which, of course, is an urgent task. Aims and Objectives Higher effectiveness of the method stimulating inflow to the producing wells operating in carbonate reservoirs under low reservoir pressure conditions. Methods The mechanism of the acid solution impact on the productive reservoir is based on the analytical methods of research. When proposed method of stimulation was tested field kind of testing were used. The results of the work aimed at improvement of the well productivity were processed using analytical and mathematical methods. Results Knowing mechanism of oil displacement from low-permeability carbonate reservoirs a method was proposed for treatment of the bottom-hole zones of wells under low reservoir pressure conditions. The proposed method gives increase in the flow rates 2-3 times higher in comparison with the conventional treatment technique, and the effect of the treatment lasts 3-4 times longer. Conclusion Use of the proposed method to stimulate inflow from carbonate reservoirs of the Bashkir and Verey stages in low reservoir pressure conditions of Bashkortostan deposits will significantly increase the efficiency of conducted activities.
