Abstract

In the article the reasons of disasters’ emerging in electromechanical systems are analyzed. It is shown that effective diagnostics requires recognition of damages on the early stage of their development. Implementation of methods and technical solutions in diagnostics allows providing preventive service for electromechanical systems and management of their technical state, continuous protect against malfunction. It is necessary to define optimal horizon for controlling the state of electro technical equipment, thus to provide preventive control and defense from emergency modes. In the article the method for choosing horizon for controlling the state of electro technical equipment is proposed; it is based on determination of distribution function for duration period for overshoot of random process of controlled parameters change over set value and assuring preventive control of state of electromechanical systems and their continuous protection against emergency modes.
