Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of majors satisfaction on career decision-making self-efficacy and career aspirations of college students majors in golf. Through convenience sampling method, selected 354 survey questionnaires were used for final analysi sfrom college students majors in golf. With the collected data, t-test and multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 15.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the university students showed higher subject satisfaction, class satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and cognition satisfaction, and thej ob information and problem solution than junior college students. Moreover, the junior college students showed higher career aspirations than university students. Second, the subject satisfaction and cognition satisfaction impacts positively(+) influence on goal choice and job information, and the subject satisfaction and cognition satisfaction impacts positively(+), but relationship satisfaction negatively(-) influence on future plan. And the subject satisfaction and relationship satisfaction impacts positively(+) influence on career aspirations. Moreover, the goal choice impacts positively(+), but future plan negatively(-) influence on career aspirations. Thidr, the career decision-making self-efficacy was revealed to function as a mediator on the relationship between majors satisfaction and career aspirations.
