Abstract

The paper substantiates the problem of designing and assessing the individual educational outcomes of learners in terms of non-formal education. The educational environment created in the system of non-formal education of children is more favorable for the personal development of learners than one organized in the comprehensive school. Learners are treated as the subjects of building individual educational paths as well as considering and evaluating their educational outcomes. The research highlights the main approaches to solving this problem in modern science. It substantiates the necessity of its integrated interdisciplinary research in philosophical, sociological, psychological and educational aspects. The authors identify that the problem of developing learners as subjects of designing the individual educational outcomes in the process of non-formal education requires a comprehensive study at the methodological, theoretical and practical educational levels. There is a need to provide the special educational environment for achieving the individual educational outcomes by learners in the system of non-formal education of children; the bases for their design are presented.
