Abstract

The tightening of supervision over harmful emissions from the combustion of fossil fuels in boiler houses makes specialists look for new technical solutions in the production of heat energy. The authors of the article tried to present in as much detail as possible the four-year experience of operating an industrial heating boiler house, converted from burning expensive liquid fuel to burning artificial gas. The emergency situations that can occur during the operation of gas generators are described. The composition of artificial gas and the quantitative composition of harmful emissions in flue gases are presented.
