ПРОБЛЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

The article investigates the role of innovative development to ensure the effective functioning and development of domestic enterprises in modern con-ditions. The analysis of the current state of innovation processes in the Ukrain-ian construction enterprises and highlighted the main problems that hinder the effective implementation of innovation development management. Among them: limited funding for innovative activities; the lack of a modern base for the implementation of innovative developments at domestic construction en-terprises; the presence of the phenomenon of resistance to innovation; insuffi-cient number of qualified personnel who can effectively manage and implement innovative activities; unstable state policy in the field of innovations and a weak level of its support in the innovative development of Ukrainian enter-prises. Today, the state and regional authorities face an urgent task to activate the innovative activities of enterprises engaged in industrial or civil construc-tion. And for this, a significant inflow and increase in investment volume is re-quired, which can accelerate innovative development and economic growth of the state and its regions due to construction. In our opinion, the priority direc-tion of the innovation policy of any construction enterprise should be the man-agement's focus on obtaining an innovative result, which in turn would in-crease the enterprise's competitiveness, image, position on the market and the development of future potential. The methods of forming the modern innova-tion policy of the majority of Ukrainian enterprises engaged in construction can be implemented through organizational and technical measures (for exam-ple, replacing physically or morally outdated technologies, equipment, etc.), implementation of innovative projects, economic and other management meth-ods. Innovative activity is presented as a tool to increase the efficiency of any enterprise, as well as achieving positive effects in the economy as a whole, in the social, environmental, construction, scientific spheres, etc. The article de-velops proposals for solving certain problems, which can increase the efficien-cy of the process of managing innovative development of the enterprise, and hence the creation of innovative construction products, services, processes, or-ganizational methods and, consequently, improve the quality of life of Ukraini-ans.
