Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to identify patterns in the implementation of antimonopoly policy in the system for ensuring the development of socio-economic systems. The purpose of the study is to form strategic directions for the implementation of antimonopoly policy, taking into account the nature of the impact on it of external and internal determinants. The objectives of this study include identifying the content of the nature of the impact of internal factors of antimonopoly regulation, determining the patterns of transformation of the external environment for the implementation of antimonopoly policy and the formation of directions for antimonopoly regulation in modern Russian conditions. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach to the study of patterns of development of socio-economic systems. Results: the results of the study are presented, based on the assumption that the development and effectiveness of the implementation of antimonopoly policy in modern conditions is determined by a combination of both internal factors that determine the nature of its impact on the socio-economic system, and external factors that are specific to the economic system of Russia and are global. character determined by the general laws of development of economic systems. When analyzing the external determinants of the effectiveness of the implementation of the antimonopoly policy, the author determined that the current stage of management in Russia is characterized, on the one hand, by the rapid growth of assets and activities of the digital sector. On the other hand, the transformation of international relations. Conclusion. The key internal determinant is the cyclic nature of the development and implementation of antimonopoly policy, determined by the completeness of the stages of implementation of the strategic directions of antimonopoly regulation. Based on the results of the study and the identified patterns, strategic directions for adjusting the mechanism of antimonopoly regulation and a set of tools and measures of an institutional, organizational, and information technology nature are proposed.
