Abstract
The textbook examines the essence and general meaning of administrative management, as a practical activity in the administrative sphere of public authorities and local self-government. The specifi city of the activity of the subjects of management in the system of public service has been investigated. The activities of the subjects of management in the system of local self-government are characterized. The process of realization of the functions of the subjects of management in the management system of the authorities is investigated. The conceptual foundations of strategic management, the main provisions and technologies of personnel management in the management system of authorities are considered. The methodology of anti-crisis management and management of changes in the management system of authorities is presented.
