МОРФОНОЛОГІЧНІ ЯВИЩА ПРИ ТВОРЕННІ ВІДОЙКОНІМНИХ ПРИКМЕТНИКІВ В УКРАЇНСЬКІЙ МОВІ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of morphonological phenomena taking place in the process of the wordbuilding of adjectives from geographic names in the Modern Ukrainian language. Investigating morphonological phenomena in the functional aspect makes it possible to define the importance of these modifications for definite adjective derivation types from place names. The phenomenon of transformation of modem onimn space of Ukrainian language by example oikonym, adjectives formed from geographic names is negatively reproduced on functioning of different own names in the linguistic system. The intra- and extra lingual factors of such transformation are detected. Taking into account large influence of the official names on the verbal broadcasting, distribution of unusual to Ukrainian of adjectives from geographic names from officially-business style on other styles negatively influences into language, causing leveling of her specific lines. There was also Russian influence on the formation of some Ukrainian place names and formal forced renaming under Soviet power. Special attention has been paid to peculiarities of morphonological phenomena functioning. It is found out, that most activity alternations, interferences and increases, find out at the derivate of corresponding lexemes. The increases form the variants of suffix of -ськ-. The condition and of these phenomena functioning are determined their regularity as well as their activity sphere and functional loading are defined. Investigating morphonological phenomena in the functional aspect makes it possible to define the importance of these modifications for definite adjective derivation types from place names. Only the complex going near the study of morphonology of word-formation from geographic names with bringing in to the analysis of dialectal material and historical sources gives an opportunity to reduce the active actually Ukrainian morphonological models.
