Abstract
The purpose of the scientific article is to characterize the effectiveness of the legal guarantee of providing young people with the first workplace in a market economy. The author notes that the effective inclusion of young people in the life of society is the realization of the right to work, which takes place at the expense of the legal guarantee of the first workplace. The idea of the indisputable significance of the legal structure of the first workplace is substantiated. It turns out that the first workplace is a significant link in the chain of socialization of man, social formation and development of youth, and its functioning as a legal guarantee of providing young people with the first workplace in the current conditions of a market economy in Ukraine can be effective provided reliable bilateral communication between state, employers and educational institutions.
