The purpose of this study is to discover the various problems that female dancers face in their dance activities and the difference in stress factors between regular and non-regular workers. As a result of the study, the stress factors according to the working type of female professional dancers showed a difference between the regular and non-regular workers in each of psychological, social, physical, and environmental factors, whereas the demographic characteristics showed a difference in the stress factors by work type in both groups. Age and experience did not appear to have any effect, and it was found that education, income, marriage, and children had a partial influence.
