Abstract

Introduction Specific of serving the personnel of military units (subdivisions) of Armed Forces of Ukraine special requires approaches to their mental, features of reacting, pattern of behaviour, to emotional and volitional firmness and individual psychological peculiarities of personality. Influence of extreme (special) conditions that follow of tasks on purpose requires a rapid orientation and decisive actions, causes strong traumatic influence on the mental of personnel and results in development of various mental disorders. Purpose An aim of the article is clarification and specification of features of influence of terms of implementation of tasks on purpose on the mental state of personnel of military units (subdivisions) of Armed Forces of Ukraine here and now. Methods. For gaining aim of research there where used theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources, including study of empiric data after the certain range of problems. Originality On research results the features of terms of professional activity of Ukrainian soldiery are specified; objective and subjective factors that cause origin of neuroses and mental disorders and also order of determination of level of combat psychological stress, are specified. Accordingly, it is set that quality of implementation of functional duties of serviceman depends on the level of his combat activity sent to counteraction to negative influence of stress factors of combat situation; to character of the methods of overcoming of destabilizing influence of combat stress ors used by him on a mental, behavior and vital functions on the whole; to the presence for a serviceman of previous combat experience and others like that. The mentioned allows to perfect organization of primary psychological rehabilitation of personnel of military units (subdivisions) in the general system of the moral and psychological support of preparation and application of troops (forces) of Armed Forces of Ukraine Conclusions On research results it could be justified a reasonable conclusion, that the mental traumatic factors of activity of personnel are not only extreme situations that cause less after intensity stress and gradually exhaust “human capitals” but also such that as a result of accumulation and combination of da il y situations of professional stress with traumatic extreme experience cause the emersion of so-called cumulative psychological trauma. Direction of further researches consists of the improvement of existent methods of diagnostics of displays of battle stress and upgrading of quality of psychological aid to the participants of combat actions due to the improvement of the existed system of psychological rehabilitation of personnel of Armed Forces of Ukraine.
