Роль інформаційних технологій у повоєнному відновленні регіональної економіки України

Abstract

The relevance of the application of the latest information technologies both in modern conditions and in the post-war period of development of the regional economy of Ukraine is proved. The features of the functioning of the information society in the economically developed countries of the world are characterized. The role of the processes of accumulating human capital and attracting IT talents in the formation of a new form of functioning of society for Ukraine is determined. The attention is focused on the conditions for economic recovery and guaranteeing the further territorial integrity of Ukraine, based on the use of information technology and the work of IT specialists. The state of providing the business environment of Ukraine with IT specialists is characterized. Demonstrated and analyzed the dynamics of demand for Ukrainian IT professionals inside and outside the country over the past three years, identified factors of influence. The main reasons for the shortage of IT specialists in the country are specified. Three main factors of activation of the informational component of the regional economy in the post-war period are revealed and characterized. The features of the application of the latest recruitment methods for the main job levels in the IT sector of Ukraine are disclosed.
