Abstract
Statement of the problem. Studying the data of the World Health Organization, we can confidently say that the problem of a healthy lifestyle, over the past decade, has been very acute. Based on this, this article will consider the components of a healthy lifestyle, as well as factors that have a direct impact on human health. The purpose of this article is to study the attitude of students in grades 10–11 of the Kozulsky district to a healthy lifestyle and their health in general. The research methodology is based on the analysis of scientific research works of foreign and Russian researchers of healthy lifestyle issues. In addition, the data obtained from a survey of students in grades 10–11 of the Kozulsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Region are analyzed. Research results. Based on the study, conclusions are drawn about the attitude of students in the Kozulsky district to a healthy lifestyle, factors that have the most negative effect on the health of high school students are identified. Recommendations have been developed with the aim of introducing students to a healthy lifestyle. Conclusion. The article defines the life priorities of students in grades 10–11 of the Kozulsky district, identifies sources from which the learner receives information about a healthy lifestyle, shows factors that positively and negatively influence health, identifies a quantitative rate of physical education practitioners and of those who observe a healthy eating pattern among students of the Kozulsky district.
