Abstract

This paper is about concepts of development, professional development, professionalism and their relationship with the adaptive management of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff. Author identifies the main criteria for the professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff, analyzes technology of coaching and monitoring as an effective one under conditions of society development. The qualimetric model of the professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff is considered and the results on the use of coaching and monitoring technology for their professional development are described.
