Abstract

The article deals with the basic possibilities of using modern wellness technologies in the process of employment with students who have health disabilities. The focus is on the directions and forms of working with students to motivate them to preserve and promote health. Theoretical and applied aspects of one of the priority directions of physical culture and sports which require introduction of the latest technologies and individualization of training on the basis of the level of health of each student are highlighted. A certain problem is a complex use of modern types of physical activity in the process of physical and health classes with students who have deviations in the state of health is very important and necessary. Exercise with fitness aerobics can promote the development of positive motivation for physical education, form the basis of independent health activity and the desire for a healthy lifestyle. That is why the optimization of physical activity, as a major factor in improving the health of students, through the use of health fitness is relevant and socially important. Work has been done on the individualization of health fitness programs in higher educational establishments, and the peculiarities of forming special medical groups in educational establishments and the rules of work with them have been analyzed. The concepts of "fitness", "aerobics" are revealed. The main attention is paid to the problem and analysis of forming a healthy way of life of students in higher education, as an important component of youth and social state policy. The tendencies of deterioration of health, physical fitness and physical activity of improving orientation in students of higher educational institutions are investigated. The most effective process of physical education of students in special medical groups is determined. Special attention is paid to the problem of increasing the efficiency of physical education by introducing modern non-traditional types of physical activity in the educational process and finding modern ways of healing, determining the features of the structure and content of the classes, studying their impact on the body and improving the physical condition of students who are in good health. I am enrolled in specialist medical groups, as well as developing science-based fitness programs and workload dosage recommendations. The issues of updating the content of the program of physical education of students with disabilities in the state of health by introducing modern wellness technologies that meet their interests were considered.
