Abstract

The article covers the management system of innovative development institutions in preschool education, containing the goals of innovation management development, approaches, technologies and pedagogical conditions, as well as the organizational structure of management of innovative development and a complex program of technology management of innovative development in preschool education institutions. 752 Important aspects of the introduction of innovations in preschool education have been identified, and a comprehensive and targeted program for effective management of this process has been proposed. The current state of preschool education has been analyzed, and key challenges and opportunities for its innovative development have been identified. Attention is focused on the role of management in the implementation of innovations, and the need to create a comprehensive program that covers various aspects of the activities of a preschool institution is substantiated. The main stages of implementing the technology into the system of managing the innovative development of the preschool education institution were studied. The conditions for the implementation of the complex-target program of innovative development regarding the quality implementation of the process of managing the innovative development of the preschool education institution are highlighted. The issue of forming an innovative culture among the teaching staff, developing the professional competence of educators in the field of innovative education, and involving teachers in active participation in the innovative development of a preschool education institution is highlighted. The signs of expediently defined pedagogical conditions are indicated, according to the key functions that make it possible to implement a comprehensive and targeted program of management of innovative development: innovativeness during the development of the program of management of innovative development; strategies in determining program goals and ways to achieve them; efficiency; purposefulness; ensuring high quality in accordance with expected results; providing feedback.
