ПОЛІТИЧНА ФІЛОСОФІЯ НОВОГО ЄДИНОГО СВІТОВОГО ПОРЯДКУ

Abstract

In the article researched the political and philosophical aspects the New Unified World Order. The two main objective sociopolitical tendencies of the transition to a New Unified World Order are indicated – democratic (Utopian) as build a world society, which based on general political socialization and cooperation, and would consist of politically, socially and biologically equal nations, ethnic groups and individuals, and liberal (anti-Utopian) trend, as globalization on the basis of political- social- and biologically stratified society and competition. Cosmopolitan socialization is proposed as the fourth stage of human socialization, along with the anthropological, political and politico-globalistic stages, that are the stages of the development of the human being from the chemical-biological agent, the object of the planet Earth, to a cosmopolitan agent, a subject among the cosmic intelligent beings and civilizations whose existence in the Universe is theoretically justified by astrophysics, and is affirmed as an actual by military and UFO-experts. The role of local political autonomies, networks of local political autonomies, global latent network states in globalization and the construction of the New Unified World Order is indicated. Agent-system worldview as a progressive worldview which is based on concepts of artificial intelligence and system analysis, and the theory of transhumanist progress TEOTRANGPRO was represented.
