Abstract

The research aims to prepare a circular exercises to improve some fitness and physiological elements of the badminton players and to know the effect of circuit training in the development of some of the fitness elements among badminton players for the youth, and the research fields are each of the human domain and they are Ranya club players (aged 14-16) for badminton, and the time domain: from 3/2/2017 to 9/3/2017, and the location domain: the indoor hall of Ranya club. However, the research methodology, researchers used the experimental method and in manner of united group for being the most suitable methods and the most appropriate way to the nature of the problem solution. The fitness and physiological Exercises that have been used like (the Explosive power of legs, the power that distinguished by arms speed, kinetics response speed, agility, pulse speed rate, vertical jump of stability(anaerobic phosphagen energy), anaerobic stepping 30Sec (anaerobic Lactic energy)), However, the Statistical Package for the social sciences (SPSS) has been used to extract the statistical results, and the research results stated that the suggested program has a positive effect to develop the physical elements of the body (Vertical jump of stability, bend and extend the arms continuously for (10) Seconds, Nelson’s test of the transitional and Kinetics Response, Agility test) and Functional elements (Vertical Jump (anaerobic phosphagen energy) , anaerobic stepping 30Sec (anaerobic Lactic energy) under consideration. There are a significant differences between the (Pre and Post) tests results for the research of physical and functional variables. And for the benefit of post-tests for the variables (Vertical jump of stability, bend and extend the arms continuously for (10) Seconds, Nelson’s test of the transitional and Kinetics Response, Agility test, Vertical Jump (anaerobic phosphagen energy), anaerobic stepping 30Sec (anaerobic Lactic energy)) except pulse variables.
