Abstract

The paper presents a description and analysis of a combination of methodological approaches that systematize the scientific theoretical provisions of the concept of the formation of professional motivation of the rosgvardians. The analysis of the literature on the essence of the formation of rosgvardians’ professional motivation was made; the methodological approaches were selected. The applied set of methodological approaches ensures the versatility of the study, allowing to achieve a fundamentally high-quality results in solving the set scientific problems. The systematic approach acts as a general scientific basis for the study. It contributes to the formulation of a scientific problem and allows the development of a system for the formation of professional motivation of rosgvardians. Acmeological and axiological approaches act as a theoretical and methodological strategy. The acmeological approach allows to identify the acmeological system of positions and principles for conducting research, to determine the stages in the formation of the personality of rosgvardians. The axiological approach helps identify the mechanisms for the formation of professional motivation of rosgvardians in the context of the introduction of elements of a value-oriented education process into military professional training. The combination of methodological approaches provides the scientific validity of building an integral system for the formation of professional motivation of rosgvardians, which allows us to develop a concept to form professional motivation of rosgvardians based on the selected methodological approaches.
