Abstract
The article deals with the need to restructure and modernize Ukraine's economy in modern conditions. The analysis of the distribution of licenses for oil and gas and mineral resources specified in breach implementation phases and stages of exploration for oil and gas. Identified reserves and ways to increase production of oil and gas in Ukraine.
