Abstract

For the first time scientists have carried out comparative research into how classical massage with curative gymnastics and fixing massage with ontogenetic gymnastics and therapeutic swimming influence the functions of the cardiorespiratory systems of 9-11-year-old children with cerebral palsy during a period of rehabilitation. Moreover, fixing massage and ontogenetic gymnastics, therapeutic swimming have proved to be more effective than classical massage and curative gymnastics. The results of the research have shown the expedience of fixing massage and ontogenetic gymnastics as a regenerative and corrective means of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy.
