Abstract

The article deals with the problems of stability maintaining in the system of international relations, in the context of the bipolar model breakup. The spectrum of problems associated with the crisis of traditional mechanisms of global domination is analyzed. The author proposed and justified a model of hegemonic stability within the framework of the "Quintet" of Great Powers. A possible role of the U.S.A., India and the BRICS countries in the development of a new world order model is analyzed.
