Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the individual style of the teacher in the field of vocational education, its features, determining the pedagogical conditions for its effective formation. The pedagogical activity of a teacher is characterized by a certain style, which in a broad sense is perceived as a stable system of methods, techniques, in solving educational problems. Individual style is determined by the specifics of the activity, individual psychological characteristics of its subject. In a narrow sense, researchers understand it as a stable system of paths formed in a person who seeks the best solution to the problem, a system of psychological means that people consciously or spontaneously resort to. Individual learning style should guide the teacher on the process and outcome of learning, planning the educational process, timely use of teaching aids and methods, intuitiveness. Effective indicators of individual style determine: unstable level of skills of students to study; different level of interest in the subject; superficial and deep level of knowledge. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of individual style of the teacher are: the introduction of interactive learning in the training of future professionals; increasing the share of information technology and the use of training in the education system. It is emphasized that the system of successful learning can be implemented through the use of new methods, pedagogical techniques aimed at enhancing the cognitive activity of students. The main competence in the learning process should be general cultural competence, where on the basis of universal values ​​the teacher forms a system of relationships with students, directs pedagogical activities to develop the personality of each. Today, a teacher has an extraordinary potential to influence the formation of personality, worldview, political beliefs, moods and morals of the younger generation. The realization of these opportunities depends in each case on the personal qualities of the teacher, where the real role is played by his talent, love for children and desire to work.
