Abstract

That thesis locates in this article from a philosophical position that the organizational behavior is one of the defining factors of organizational culture. In this regard sources and the ideological bases of organizational culture as sociocultural phenomenon of global society are established. It is specified that the organizational behavior is defined by valuable installations of organizational culture in which bosom the main traditions, customs, symbols of the organization as professional community are formed. Basic elements of organizational culture, such as process of activity and development of the organization, types, mission of the organization, its value and regulation are allocated.
