Abstract

In this article some possibilities for the organization of work on formation of teenagers’ readiness to choose life strategies are represented on the basis of the analysis of additional education institutions activity. The aim of the paper is to look into the conditions of formation of teenagers’ readiness to choose life strategies in institutions of additional education. The article presents some possibilities for the formation of teenagers’ readiness to choose life strategies in institutions of additional education, the essence of the notion «conditions to form teenagers’ readiness to choose life strategies» is developed, and the complex of these conditions is defined. The authors offer a set of conditions, the implementation of which allows to ensure the effectiveness of the formation of teenagers’ readiness to choose life strategies. Such conditions are the designing of the content of education aimed at the integration of motivation balance at teenagers, goal setting, awareness of life strategies and having some ways of their implementation, readiness of additional education teachers to master the technology of formation of teenagers’ readiness to choose life strategies; psychological compatibility of children and teachers; regular, effective and informal relationships of institutions of additional education with teenagers’ families.
