Abstract
The basis of understanding a person is the human brain. Knowing how the human brain evolves and works can help you understand and effectively control your mind and actions. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of coaching leadership on the effect of cognitive thinking characteristics of the human brain on learning style. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 277 middle school students in Jeollabuk-do, and the data was analyzed using MSEM through AMOS 22.0. As a result of the study, we found that there was a significant difference in learning style and coaching leadership according to the characteristics of the individual's cognitive thinking, and there was a significant difference in learning style according to the coaching leadership type. In addition, coaching leadership plays an important role in the relation between abstract thinking and learning styles. These findings suggest the following implications. First, the study of learning style and coaching leadership considering the cognitive thinking characteristics of neuropsychologist-based individuals is very meaningful in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Second, since the preferred learning style is different according to the characteristics of individual cognitive thinking, and has a significant difference in coaching leadership, it is necessary to develop a learning method and coaching leadership program that considers personal cognitive thinking characteristics and to apply it to the school site.
