Abstract

The authors, based on the provisions of domestic civil legislation and taking into account the content of international conventions on the protection of industrial property, conduct a comparative analysis of the legal regime of such a relatively recently regulated means of individualization as a commercial designation with other objects equated to the results of intellectual activity.
