Abstract

The paper presents the results of the dynamics of the emotional-volitional sphere in patients with drug addiction in the process of undergoing a socio-psychological rehabilitation program. Despite the considerable number of publications devoted to the rehabilitation of drug addicts, there is nevertheless a lack of studying the dynamics of rehabilitation of the emotional-volitional sphere of drug addicts when using a specially developed rehabilitation program. The study involved 133 patients suffering from drug addiction (85 men and 48 women) aged 21–35 years, undergoing a socio-psychological rehabilitation program and in remission for more than 1 year. It has been established that when passing the system of classes and exercises for correcting and developing the emotional-volitional sphere in drug addicts, the process proceeds more productively due to self-regulation skills. Their emotional intelligence integrates, acquiring features of greater mobility, gnostic emotional orientation increases. However, there are some difficulties with emotional contacts.
