Abstract

The study examined the effect of cooking contents information quality on user satisfaction and intention for continuous use with a specific focus on subscribers of You Tube cooking contents. This study also analyzed the mediating effect that user satisfaction has on the intention for continuous use. A total of 220 surveys were used in the study. As a result of the analysis, First, among the cooking contents information quality, reliability, usefulness, recency, and playfulness has been found out to have a significant positive effect on intention for continuous use. Second, user satisfaction was discovered to have a significant positive effect on intention for continuous use. Third, user satisfaction was found to have a significant a partial mediating effect in the relationship between cooking contents information for continuous use. Such results of the study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of cooking contents on You Tube.
