Abstract

Globalization has created opportunities for new development, which is associated with the elaboration of effective targeting foreign economic policy space. They are based on ensuring their competitiveness over a long period of time, to ensure competitive stability as the national economy in General and individual enterprises, which are the basis of the economic system of the state. In modern conditions, the competitive stability is evident in the effective use of economic entities of their financial and intellectual potential on the basis of strong technological and management component in the context of the ideology of development. Because financial resources from the point of view of business Economics is not a sustainable source of competitive advantage in the future will focus on the intellectual component of competitive stability of the enterprise. The aim of this study is identification of essence of intellectual capital and its importance as a factor in ensuring competitive stability of the enterprise at the present stage of development of Ukraine's economy in conditions of increasing globalization tendencies. Intellectual capital and the ability to use high-impact determine the successful development of the company, its strong competitive position in both domestic and foreign markets on the basis of ensuring long-term competitive stability of the enterprise. While intellectual capital is not only tangible and intangible resources used in the production process of the enterprise. First, intellectual capital should be attributed special powers of the personnel of enterprises based on knowledge, skills, ability and experience, as well as providing especially valuable for the enterprise information that is the basis of important competitive advantages on the domestic and foreign markets in the conditions of postindustrial society.
