Abstract

Crimes in the sphere of economic activity are acts provided for by Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. This category of crimes is characterized by public danger, expressed not only in encroachment on the economic interests of the state, but also on the economic interests of both legal entities and individuals. In order to minimize crimes in the sphere of economic activity, it is necessary to form effective tools, the use of which, as a result, will positively influence the development of the economy of the state as a whole and the region in particular.
