Abstract

The article examines the subject composition of persons entitled to compensation for moral harm in the event of violation of citizens' rights in the event of harm to life in the provision of medical care, based on the norms of international law, current Russian legislation, theoretical materials and judicial practice. The composition of persons entitled to compensation for moral damage is analyzed. Examples from judicial practice are presented.
