Abstract

This study is on a real consequence of lessons and effect that was acquired through the cross-national screen lessons. I got the effects as follows through these lessons. The best significant activities were co-interview with Japanese business persons. All of the participants showed satisfaction to the special lessons. We did two kinds of tests before and after of the lessons. They present several meaningful results to us. We didnt get a good result in Japanese Standard Speaking Test. It shows that we couldnt get a big effect through a short term training of the foreign languages. But, we got a remarkable progress in Intercultural Adjustment Potential Scale. It indicates us that we can get big effect in the intercultural adjustment potential even though it is a bit short term. It says that we should not only try to improve the communication skills, but also to raise the intercultural comprehension competence. Discussion on the Facebook also provided a good effect. Especially, we could read the process of images progressing through the change of image colors. The result of survey which is preformed after these special lessons shows that this kind of training is very useful. Of course, we should check the fitting text, adjustment of numbers and leading the active attendance of the participants.
