 However, the invention of automobiles has provided various advantages to humans. Nevertheless, there are problems that infringe on human life, body, and property. Self-driving cars were created to solve these problems.
 Self-driving cars are equipped with artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is possible to travel without human manipulation. The birth of self-driving cars solved the problems of automobiles. Nevertheless, there are problems with self-driving cars. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the development process, legal and institutional processes of advanced countries.
 Through these analyses, we need to apply things that help us. These efforts will be an opportunity to open the era of commercialization of self-driving cars.
