Abstract

Destruction of rocks during drilling of oil and gas wells, followed by interaction with the walls of the drill string, and a casing.This interaction increase in complex profile and construction wells, and may be reason for high well cost, accidents, downhole equipment recourse reduce. Therefore researches of friction between drilling and casing pipes are very important to be conducted. In the condition of such interraction, the drill string can perform both a rotational movement about its axis and forward, for example during tripping operations. Investigation of the process of friction at the rotary motion of the drill string is possible using an upgraded machine friction II 5018, provides a physical simulation of wear casing, alsoby the extreme pressure and lubricity Fann Lubricuty Tester. Some researchers used a full-scale stand, consisting of a rotating drill pipe and the sample casing. There are various systems for the study of the process of friction with the forward motion of the drill, tubing, rods deep-well pumps. In these testers, pressed against the sample friction sample makes reciprocating motion and simulates downhole drill string during tripping operations, both of these systems is the lack of a friction force measuring system, or the presence of significant interference in the measurement of the frictional force introduced sealing elements of the test chamber. The article describes, performed by the author, modification of the lubricity machine UMT-2168, as well as methods of studying tribological contact surfaces of drill pipe and casing with respect to round-trip operations. The results of studies lubricating properties of drilling fluids treated with some lubricant additives are shown.
